PROGRAM BOOK

Advertising will appear in the Program Book for Parrot Festival, which is provided free to registered attendees. Additional Program Books will be distributed as promotional material throughout the year to future attendees, advertisers, speakers, and other potential participants of future Parrot Festivals. The Program Books are a convenient, easy-to-carry 5.5" x 8.5" size with a sturdy full-color cover, which encourages people to keep them from year to year as a reference. Ad placement is determined on a first come/first served basis, depending on when payment is received and the size of the ad. Ad layout will be provided by request. All ads/inserts are subject to approval by NPRPF.

INSERTS FOR REGISTRATION PACKETS

Printed advertising, such as flyers or coupons, can be inserted into the Registration Packets for a modest fee, or free if accompanied by a product donation. Advertiser should provide a minimum of 200 pieces. Promotional materials that offer specials available exclusively at Parrot Festival, or contain offers that directly benefit NPRPF, will be inserted free if advertiser provides the materials. Other promotional materials, such as pens, pencils, keyrings, food samples, etc., will be inserted free when provided by the advertiser (minimum 150 pieces). Promotional materials provided by & promoting other Non-Profit organizations or Bird Clubs will be inserted free upon approval.

NPRPF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REQUESTS TO PLACE ADVERTISING OR INSERTS

RATES:   We are working with our rates and the program size to give both our advertisers and attendees the best value for their money. Our rates will be revised soon.
