How Can You Help at Parrot Festival

We are always getting asked the question of how you can help at Parrot Festival. There are several ways to do this.

Sponsoring a Speaker – In order to keep registration & other fees low, NPRPF depends on individual sponsors to defer the cost of bringing in the Featured Speakers. Expenses for eachFeatured Speaker are between $1000 to $1500. Speaker Sponsors at the $100.00 level & above receive acknowledgement in the Program Book, from the stage, and on the marquee of the Featured Speaker you choose to sponsor.

Sponsor at Pot of Coffee or Tea – The charge for the coffee/tea bar is $50.00 PER pot. By sponsoring a pot of coffee or tea you will be recognized at the coffee bar and in the program.

Book Your Hotel Room at the Doubletree – We are charged for the meeting space on a sliding scale of how many rooms are booked at the Hotel. When you stay at the Hotel your stay is counted and we pay less.

Volunteer – If you would like to spend a little time helping us at Parrot Festival you can contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Jamie Whittaker by email. If she knows prior to Festival that you can spend a little bit of time and when, she can make a good decision of where you could help.

Donate Raffle/Auction Items and Buy Raffle tickets and bid at the Auction.

Our printing deadline is Monday January 11, 2010, please let us know if you intend to help so we can acknowledge and thank you in our program and have any necessary signage printed. Email Cheryl
