There are several ways to do this.   Sponsoring a Speaker � In order to keep registration & other fees low, NPRPF depends on individual sponsors to defer the cost of bringing in the Featured Speakers. Expenses for each Featured Speaker are between $1000 to $1500. Speaker Sponsors at the $100.00 level & above receive acknowledgement in the Program Book, from the stage, and on the marquee of the Featured Speaker you choose to sponsor.   Sponsor at Pot of Coffee or Tea � The charge for the coffee/tea bar is $50.00 PER pot. By sponsoring a pot of coffee or tea you will be recognized at the coffee bar and in the program.   Book Your Hotel Room at the Doubletree � We are charged for the meeting space on a sliding scale of how many rooms are booked at the Hotel. When you stay at the Hotel your stay is counted and we pay less.   Volunteer � If you would like to spend a little time helping us at Parrot Festival you can contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Jamie Whittaker by email. Monday January 23, 2012. 8 AM We plan to visit the small seaside community of San Leon. San Leon embraces the Quaker Parakeets and has made them the symbol their town. We will visit know nesting sites, have lunch at �The Green Parrot Bar and Grill�, tour Railean rum distillery, and a liquor store for �Quaker� rum. The trip is $50.00 per person and includes the trip, tour fees, and lunch. Local artist Gary Holman, who�s responsible for wall art all over Clear Lake and Houston, painted the restaurant from top to bottom.
