Hello everyone!!!!!!
My name is Pepper and I am a beautiful Congo African Grey. Well, Daina says I am beautiful anyway. I just want to really say "thank you" for what you are doing for me. I was living in the garage with the rabbits until Sunday when Stephanie had her husband bring me to yall. Mike kinda liked me, but I think Stephanie was scared of me. Anyway, I can't wait for my new forever home cuss where I was living was too good before Stephanie either. Stephanie says the boys I lived with were probably cruel to me, she thinks that is how my left eye got damaged. Mike says they had something called an addiction. I don't know what that is but I am sure glad at Christmas they offered me to Stephanie back in my home of St. Louis. Stephanie did buy me a new cage and fed me well, she just didn't have alot of time with her four kids and her own grey too. So, here I am. Although I won't let Daina handle me as far as picking me up yesterday, I am already pretty comfortable here. Probably cuss I have moved around alot and been around many people. Hey, that crazy corn I had for dinner tonight was really good. Daina took my picture and I had it all over beak. Oh, yeah Daina says Dr. Phalen is coming out to meet me soon. She just wants me to settle in a bit before the exam and stuff. Boy are those military brothers LOUD!! I can see them, which is kinda nice to have other birds around. I do whistle a bit and told Daina "Hello" when she came in from work today. Well, better close for now, can't wait to meet yall, and Daina says I have to mind my manners and be sure to tell all of yall thanks so much for the new birdy toys too!!!!!!!!!!!! Nite-Nite.
